Q: What time should I have my containers out?
A: Your trash should be out for pick up by 7am. If you're having trouble getting your trash to the curb, consider our Royal Treatment.
Q: Where shoudl I put my containers?
A: Call 713-526-1536 or contact your Property Manager or HOA for further instrucitons. If you can't get your containers out to the curb, consider our Royal Treatement.
Q: When is my Heavy Trash Pickup Day?
A: Heavy trash is typically collected on your last scheduled collection day of the week. You can also enter your address into our schedule widget to see you personalized trash pickup schedule.
Q: My trash was not collected. Why?
A: There are several reasons why that may have happened:
1. Look for a yellow tag placed on your trash for further explanation. Please read the reason listed on the tag for further explanation.
2. If you have non-household type trash for disposal, such as furniture, excessive weight items, builky items, and/or white items, the collection crew may have left it for our special handling. Please contact our office via email or call 713-526-1536.
3. A heavy item may have been put out on your first pickup day instead of your bulk trash pickup day.
